Preschool- A beginner level program designed for 3 & 4 year old’s. Children are introduced to each piece of gymnastics apparatus as they are being taught introductory gymnastics skills and body positions that help coordination, balance, strength and body awareness.
Girls & Boys Gymnastics- This program is broken into levels based on skill/ability & age.These classes teach gymnastics skills through positive coaching methods that emphasize progression and proper technique for each skill. Moving from one level up to the next requires mastery of a set of skills specific to the current class level.
Tumbling-Encompasses all aspects of tumbling for both those looking to spend time in cheer-leading and those wanting to simply learn to tumble rather than engage in all aspects of gymnastics.
*Group accommodations can be made for groups of 4 or more!*
Acro- Centered on fundamental acrobatic technique to increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, timing, body awareness, self-discipline, and confidence. This class works on aerials, back bends, back walk overs, front walk overs etc.
Strength and Conditioning- This class emphasizes constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity.

9am-3pm- $95 per day
Offered the weeks of 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/27, 8/3 & 8/10
Rotations will alternate between Tumble trak, blue spring floor, red spring floor into pit and purple spring floor **Each rotation will be designed to work specific skills and drills based on each individuals ability. (cartwheels, handstands, bridge kick overs, back walkovers, front walk overs, round-offs, back handsprings, side aerials, front aerials, back tucks etc..)
